Präsident löst Parlament auf

ODESSA, UKRAINE Der ukrainische Präsident Wiktor Juschtschenko hat  das Parlament aufgelöst und vorgezogene Wahlen verkündet. Schuld am Ende der prowestlichen Regierung ist für Juschtschenko Premierministerin Julia Timoschenko, wie er am Abend in einer Fernsehansprache – etwas verklausuliert – sagte.
